What Patients are Saying
Lisa Aukland
IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, Amateur Powerlifter
I have two intense hobbies - bodybuilding and powerlifting. Injuries
are bound to happen when a lot of weight is being moved around.
Out of 10 years of competitions, I had been pretty lucky up until
last year when I hurt my right shoulder pulling a 410 pound bar
of weight off the floor in what is called a “deadlift”. The next
day I couldn’t move my arm in any direction without serious pain.
My shoulder even hurt with my arm hanging at my side. I tried ice,
heat, and anti-inflammatory medications nothing worked.
After about 6 months of pain and very limited weight training due
to my shoulder injury, I found Dr. Davidson who practices “Active
Release Techniques” (ART®). I couldn’t believe the amount of relief
I felt after only a few ART® treatments. With each treatment the
pain relief lasted longer and longer. The pain seemed to magically
disappear. After several more treatments I am happy to report that
I am completely pain free in that shoulder and I am back to training
hard for my next competition. I only wish I had been treated sooner!
Dearest Dr. Davidson,
Thank you so much for getting me on my feet at the gym and for
treating me so promptly. Had it not been for you, I know I wouldn’t
have healed so quickly. I’ve read quite a few articles and studies
on chiropractic and A.R.T., and thanks to you, I’m a firm believer!
Plan on my referring many a patient to you!
Gratefully,

Dear Dr. Davidson,
Thanks for your help on 1/18/02. I was on a flight from BWI to
Houston, and I passed out. I appreciate very much your help. I was
hospitalized in Houston for three days. After that, I continued
my trip to Palau.
Since then, this incident has not happened again. After extensive
tests, the doctors could not find out why I fainted.
I now live in Tucson, in a different line of work.
Wish you the best,
David Brown
The hormones of pregnancy made my joints very
flexible, which in turn caused my spine to slip out of alignment
many times during my pregnancy. Seeing Dr. D. on a regular basis
during my pregnancy helped relieve the associated discomfort, and
also helped ease back pain related to carrying extra weight in front.
I would recommend chiropractic care for all pregnant women experiencing
back pain.
